"MY STORY"

After Graduating from Life Chiropractic School in 1995, my first practice was in my home state of New Jersey.  I worked along side a medical doctor, and physical therapist.  I added a fresh and holistic approach to their office. I learned a lot about allopathic medicine, and respected when appropriate to refer patients to specialists outside my scope of knowledge.

Years later, I moved to NYC, where I treated actors and athletes, assemblymen, ballerinas, work related injuries, car accident cases, and patients with special needs such as idiopathic scoliosis.  I worked in a high volume, multi-specialty clinic.  I also worked in an Ayurvedic Day Spa where I developed my own brand of  "chiropractic myofascial massage".

In 2001, I got married, moved to Kingston, and opened a new practice, which was located at 40 boulevard. Life has its unexpected twists and turns, and in 2004, just after my second child was born, I made a challenging, conscious decision to put my career on hold, and become a full-time mom.

My amazing family is making it easy to be super proud of that decision.

I am a deeply fulfilled, very blessed wife,

and mother of three amazing human beings.

YET...

Someday, I believed when the timing felt right, I would share my healing skills again.

Not just my hands, but my heart and my empathic abilities.

I visualized a place where the patient encounters would be profound, meaningful, and more personal.

Like visiting a dear friend that knows how to make you feel better.

That's the experience I wanted to create for people.

So that's what I am building.

This is a different sort of practice that makes sense to me,

based on my experiences as a patient, and a parent, and a doctor

and what I feel is often sadly missing in many healing arts practices.

By using new, well documented science, married with ancient healing practices,

and gentle techniques, I have recreated my practice.

I believe I have created something happy and special.
